Platform Post User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete all data Platform Post holds about you, including OAuth tokens, profile details, scheduled and published post content, and publishing logs.

Request deletion by email

1. Email support@listclimbers.com with the subject "Platform Post data deletion".
2. Include the account username(s) or Page name(s) you connected.
3. We will confirm receipt and delete your data within 30 days, then email you to confirm it is done.

Remove Platform Post from Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites (under Security / Your activity).
3. Find Platform Post and click Remove.
4. Optionally tick the box to delete posts the app published, then confirm.

For Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites and remove Platform Post. Removing the app stops our access immediately; email us as above to have stored data deleted.
